  • Submitting false or misleading information through forms
  • Any activity that could affect the normal operation of the platform

3. Listed properties

Information about listed properties (prices, areas, descriptions) is provided for informational purposes and may be changed without prior notice. The Company does not guarantee the availability of properties at the time of consultation.

Photos are representative and may differ from the current state of the property. Exact details are confirmed during viewings.

4. Commission and services

The 0% commission offer applies exclusively to properties explicitly marked with this note in the portfolio. For other properties, the commission is set by written agreement with the responsible agent.

Free valuation services are available with no obligation to sell or to enter into any subsequent contract.

5. Limitation of liability

The Company makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information but cannot be held liable for:

  • Errors or omissions in property descriptions
  • Price changes occurring between publication and transaction
  • Technical interruptions or errors of the platform
  • Investment decisions made solely on the basis of information on the site

All content on this site (text, photos, graphics, logos) is the property of HighLife Estate SRL or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute resolution (ADR / ODR)

In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013 and Romanian Law 158/2015, consumers have the right to use alternative dispute resolution procedures.
