When the same company sells you the house and fits it out, it is fair to ask whom it represents. That is why our brokerage commission does not depend on the interior decision, price ranges are public, and the interior package stays optional in the contract. You can buy through us and furnish with someone else.
Questions we get often
If I buy through you, am I obliged to take the interior package too?
No. The interior work is contractually optional, and our brokerage commission is identical whether you choose it or not. If one were conditional on the other, you would be right to ask whom we actually represent.
Why publish prices when nobody else in this market does?
Because a range per square metre is the only way for you to judge whether calling us is worth your time. A vague budget protects the supplier, not the client. The final figure is set after survey, but it stays within the stated range.
What does „guaranteed timeline" actually mean on the Curated package?
The 60–90 day term goes into the contract with penalties on our side, not merely as an intention. It is achievable because we work with defined concepts and curated in-stock products rather than commissioning every piece from scratch.
Do you work on properties bought through another agency?
Yes. The interior package can be contracted separately, even if the transaction was brokered by someone else or bought directly from the developer.
How does this work if I live abroad?
That is precisely the scenario the Curated package was built for: you approve concept and budget remotely, receive weekly photo reports, and find a functioning home at handover. You do not need to be in the country during execution.
